Current free and private-beta access

The Free Marketing Check is free. Approved private-beta participants may receive one complimentary Full Marketing Diagnosis through their assigned account allowance. That allowance does not require checkout and must not be charged.

There is no monetary refund for a complimentary diagnosis because no money was paid. Restricted payment tests use sandbox transactions, not real charges. The $29 Full Marketing Diagnosis is a future commercial offering; live production sales are not active.

Corrections come first

If a beta diagnosis is materially inaccurate, incomplete, missing or inaccessible, the approach is to address the problem first. Reasonable corrections, regeneration or restoration of access may be available where supported. These remedies do not require payment for the original complimentary allowance.

A recommendation you dislike is not necessarily an error. Useful review distinguishes incorrect business facts, unsupported assumptions, missing promised sections and access problems from experiments that have not yet produced results. Keep a copy of the relevant report and note the specific issue when seeking a correction.

Delivery interruptions

Beta diagnoses are generated and saved to the participant's workspace. The existing delivery process records status and uses controlled retries for recoverable interruptions. A retry of the same delivery does not require another payment; unresolved cases may need administrator recovery.

Delivery within 15 minutes is an operational target, not a guarantee. Unresolved delivery after 24 hours can be flagged for review; this is not an automatic monetary refund. Complimentary access does not become a paid purchase because delivery fails.

No current subscription cancellation

Promo Builder and Membership are not available, and current free or complimentary beta products do not create a subscription or recurring charge. There is no subscription to cancel. Account deletion is a separate reviewed procedure described in the Privacy Policy and available under Account Settings in your workspace.

Future commercial diagnosis terms

For future $29 commercial diagnoses, the proposed approach is correction first, with requests made within 14 days of purchase for a materially defective, missing or inaccessible report. Correction, regeneration or restored access would be considered before a monetary refund.

This 14-day window is a proposal for future sales, not a currently active purchase policy or a limit on mandatory consumer rights. Final commercial refund eligibility, payment handling and request procedures will be provided before live sales begin. No future subscription-cancellation or payment-processing service is promised as available today.
